Job summary

Euro Staffs is seeking a creative video content producer for an office-based role in Seri Kembangan. You will create engaging TikTok/short-form videos, research trends, handle shooting and editing, and collaborate with the marketing team to drive audience engagement.

The position requires a strong portfolio and the ability to deliver six videos per day, with a monthly pay of RM2,500–RM3,000. This is an on-site role in The Atmosphere area near MRT Putra Permai.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic digital marketing principles.
• Experience managing brand TikTok accounts or working as a UGC creator.
• Ability to handle the entire workflow independently (ideation, shooting, acting, and editing).
• Capable of producing 6 videos per day.
• Portfolio of past TikTok/Reels/Shorts to show previous work.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Produce engaging video content/short form videos for social media (TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Storytelling & Creative Development: Craft compelling opening hooks and maintain audience engagement.
• Video Editing & Graphics: Perform editing in CapCut; design graphics in Canva; captions and pacing.
• Content Research: Monitor trends and audience performance to refine content.
• Soft/Hard Skills: Collaborate with marketing; be comfortable on camera; self-shooting and editing.

Job description

Key Job Responsibilities

1. Content Creation Produce engaging video content/ short form videos for social media e.g. TikTok, Facebook and other digital platforms. Proactively research target-audience ideas using MOFU, TOFU and BOFU strategy and operates camera or smartphone equipment.

2. Storytelling & Creative Development Craft powerful opening hooks, may use storytelling skill, transform ordinary topics into highly relatable videos, and maintain audience engagement. Proactively generate fresh content ideas, explore new trends and angles, and align content to guide viewers from awareness, consideration to conversion.

3. Video Editing & Graphics Perform basic-to-intermediate editing in CapCut, design graphic assets in Canva, add captions, and maintain proper pacing. Utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro/ After Effects/ Photoshop skills are a plus.

4. Content Research Monitor TikTok trends, popular audio, competitor strategies, and audience performance to refine content engagement. Develop fresh ideas for content and trend awareness.

5. Soft and Hard Skills Work closely with the marketing team during brainstorming sessions. Self-motivated, confident and comfortable speaking on camera. Proficient in self-shooting and editing videos (CapCut, Canva). Creative mindset and excellent storytelling ability, hook creation, and video pacing skills.
