Job summary

CELESTA L is seeking a seasoned Technical Coordinator to lead the FPSO detailed engineering coordination across multiple disciplines in offshore projects. You will manage interfaces between engineering teams and project management to prevent delays and ensure alignment with schedules and budgets.

The role requires a strong engineering background with at least 10 years in oil & gas, FPSO experience preferred, and a proven track record in design reviews, HAZOPs, and technical audits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Oil & Gas with offshore FPSO focus.
• 5+ years hands-on experience as Discipline Engineer.
• Strong coordination between discipline engineering and project management.
• Proficient in industry standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical coordination for FPSO detailed engineering across disciplines.
• Manage interfaces between discipline teams and project management.
• Support planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering activities.
• Oversee design reviews, HAZOPs and technical audits.
• Act as technical arbitrator when inter-discipline conflicts arise.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
• Provide regular technical status reports highlighting risks and critical path.
