Job summary

Misc Group in Malaysia seeks a seasoned engineering leader to oversee FPSO design activities and manage a team responsible for Hull, Mooring and Topsides. You will drive technical definition, ensure audits and reviews, and coordinate with Procurement and Construction to meet schedules and costs.

The role requires extensive FPSO experience (12+ years) across multiple projects and an engineering degree, with professional licensure preferred. This is a 2-year contract based in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• 15–25 years of relevant experience in major Offshore Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Minimum Years of FPSO Experience: 12
• Number of FPSO Projects (throughout relevant phases): 3
• Minimum years of delivery manager experience: 5
• Relevant recognized qualifications – Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering discipline.
• Preference: Professional Engineer with Practicing Certificate / Registered with recognized professional body.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and efficient environment for the design team to operate in.
