Job summary

TDCX Malaysia is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the organization. You will partner with operations and enabling functions, deliver insightful financial reporting, and mentor a small team.

You will collaborate with the CFO and Head of FP&A on strategic initiatives, develop robust financial models, and promote AI-driven analytics to enhance planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• CPA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent is preferred.
• Progressive FP&A/finance experience with business partnering.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reviews.
• Review and validate management reporting deliverables for accuracy.
• Act as Finance Business Partner to operations and enabling functions.
• Support strategic projects, CFO and executive decision-making.
