CapBay is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Executive/Senior Executive to support financial planning, management reporting, and performance analysis. You will prepare financial reports, assist budgeting and forecasting, and provide insights to help management decisions.

You will collaborate with internal teams to improve reporting accuracy, maintain dashboards, and automate reporting processes to boost efficiency. Strong Excel/BI skills and English communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics; part-qualified or in-progress ACCA/CIMA/CPA welcome.
• 2–5 years experience in FP&A, management reporting, financial analysis or audit.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and BI tool knowledge (Power BI or Looker).

Responsabilidades

• Internal and investor reporting including monthly packs and board papers.
• Data and automation using BI tools and SQL/Python.
• Annual budget and forecasting support with variance analysis.
