MHA Consultancy Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Manager of FP&A to own budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for a fast-moving fintech lending business. You will partner with senior leaders and guide junior analysts while shaping pricing and growth decisions.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate across Finance, Product, Risk and Operations to align financial planning with strategy and to deliver clear, data-driven narratives for executive leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related quantitative field.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CFA, CIMA or equivalent) is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Own the annual budgeting process and rolling monthly/ quarterly forecasts.
• Design and maintain driver-based models reflecting business performance.
• Lead detailed actual-vs- forecast variance analysis and surface key risks and opportunities.
• Act as finance partner to business unit heads and senior management to inform pricing and product decisions.
• Monitor cash flow velocity and risk-adjusted ROI across lending portfolios.
• Lead cost-of-funds and product-level profitability analysis to guide strategy and pricing.
• Analyze high-volume, small-ticket transactions to derive turnover rates and commercial insights.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and board presentations; translate data into actionable narratives.
• Drive improvements in planning processes, reporting automation and data quality using Excel, Power Query and BI tools.
• Review work, coach and mentor junior analysts.
