Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, analysis and reporting for our site in Malaysia. You will partner with business and operations teams to drive profitability, cost productivity and ensure timely closing and reporting.

You will work with corporate and regional finance teams to develop robust financial models, perform variance analyses, and support strategic decision-making across manufacturing operations. Strong English communications are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Manufacturing experience is required.
• Experience in a multinational environment is important.
• In-depth knowledge of financial forecasting and costing.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting
• Perform site and customer financial bridge analysis and detailed performance reviews
• Own customer profit and loss analysis
• Lead monthly profitability reviews with business and operations teams
• Partner with operations on cost-productivity improvements
• Review savings projects, validate benefits and manage weekly cost tracking
• Develop financial models and simulate scenarios
• Coordinate business transfers with intercompany sites
• Manage timely month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing, costing and reporting
• Perform and review critical balance-sheet reconciliations
• Oversee key accounting processes covering inventory, costing, IFRS 15 revenue recognition, warranties and other applicable accounting standards
• Coordinate with corporate and regional FP&A teams to maintain data transparency
