Job summary

Malayan Flour Mills Berhad (MFM) invites a cost accounting professional to join our finance team. You will formulate product costing using ABC methods, analyze production costs, track KPIs, and contribute to budgets and forecasts. The role supports production planning to optimize orders, profit, and sales opportunities.

You will collaborate with plant and finance to ensure accurate data, provide timely feedback, and propose continuous improvements across costing processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Formulate product costing using ABC costing principles.
• Track and analyze production costs and KPIs for cost improvements.
• Assist in budgeting and rolling forecast preparation.
• Perform variance analysis and reporting for decision making.
• Maintain timely and accurate financial data in the system.

Responsibilities

• Analyze costing data and identify cost savings opportunities.
• Collaborate with plant and finance to ensure accurate cost allocations.
• Provide feedback on cost performance and efficiency improvements.
