The ideal candidate has 3+ years in FP&A with advanced Excel and BI tools, and the ability to translate financial results into strategic actions

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, or management reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, statistics, or mathematics.
• Strong financial knowledge with ability to interpret P&L and balance sheet results.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel to analyse large datasets and build models.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, DAX, or QLIK is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage Financials Performance Analysis, Planning & Monitoring.
• Create interactive dashboards to monitor performance and identify trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align on needs and growth.
• Manage Country Balanced Scorecard and drive continuous improvement.
• Cascade KRAs to RMs and ensure organizational alignment.
• Plan resources and forecast workforce needs based on growth.
• Prepare management presentations for informed decisions.
• Leverage Impala and Python to analyze data and streamline processes.
