Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in finance or accounting required.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience sought.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
• Mature stakeholder management with internal and external partners.
• Hands-on computer knowledge of MS Office and SAP financial software.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and forecasting: lead annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Consolidate inputs from Maisons and business units for coherence and accuracy.
• Provide scenario analyses to support decision-making under uncertainty.
• Deliver timely reporting on financial performance and variance drivers.
• Analyze profitability by channel and category for margin improvement.
• Partner with operational leaders to translate strategy into measurable targets.
• Support investment decisions with robust financial evaluation.
• Lead annual budgeting exercise and collaborate on contracts with legal.
• Act as country internal-control lead, supporting audits and compliance.
• Mentor analysts and promote best practices in planning tools and ERP systems.
