Job summary

HL FORKLIFT SDN BHD is seeking a proactive Forklift Sales Executive to grow our forklift and after-sales business in Sabah. The role combines sales and business development to sell forklifts while developing rental, repair, maintenance and spare parts opportunities.

Technical inspections and repairs are handled by our service team. The successful candidate will visit customers, promote products, and follow up on quotations with a view to meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel to visit customers regularly.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
• Experience in forklift, truck, heavy machinery or industrial equipment sales is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and explore market opportunities.
• Visit customers daily to maintain market coverage.
• Promote and sell forklifts, rentals and maintenance services.
• Coordinate with service team for inspections and quotations.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries and decisions.
• Attend product presentations and test drives as needed.
