The role requires 2+ years in forex settlements, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of MT4/MT5 and SWIFT. You will monitor discrepancies, coordinate with trading, finance, and risk teams, and support regulatory documentation and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in forex settlements, payment operations, or treasury.
• Strong knowledge of MT4/MT5, SWIFT payments, wire transfers, and forex instruments.
• Familiarity with banking processes, reconciliation tools, and CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and a 5-day work schedule.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile forex trades and payments accurately and timely.
• Ensure settlements are executed efficiently with counterparties, liquidity providers, and banks.
• Monitor trade discrepancies, unmatched transactions, and settlement failures, resolving issues proactively.
• Coordinate with internal teams (trading, finance, risk) and external counterparties to ensure smooth transactions.
• Handle daily funding, currency conversions, and payment instructions to ensure adequate liquidity.
• Verify transaction details, SWIFT messages, and payment confirmations to prevent errors.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations and ledger reviews to ensure financial accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of settlement reports and regulatory documentation.
• Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and forex regulations.
• Support audits and internal controls related to settlements and risk management.
