Ultima Markets Ltd. is seeking a proactive Product/Project Manager to drive optimization across trading platforms and related processes.

You will collect issues, translate them into clear backend requirements, and coordinate across sales, tech, and operations to ensure timely resolutions. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in product or project management within forex or financial services, with strong English and Chinese communication and a PM certification being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.
• 3–4 years in product or project management, preferably forex/finance.
• PM certifications (PMP/CAPM/PRINCE2) are an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Collect issues from sales and other stakeholders and translate into backend requirements.
• Maintain ongoing updates on request status, progress, and resolution timelines.
• Escalate high-impact issues to senior management with clear prioritization.
• Coordinate cross‑department alignment for multi-stakeholder requirements.
• Document optimization requests with context, impact, and technical clarity.
• Track end-to-end lifecycle of optimization projects and ensure SLA adherence.
