Job summary

Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to enhance forecast accuracy, optimize inventory, and improve customer service through robust reporting and data analysis. You will digitalize demand planning processes, build insightful dashboards in PowerBI, and support governance for waste reduction and timely replenishment.

You will collaborate across Supply Chain and commercial teams, drive monthly reporting automation, and maintain master data accuracy in SAP,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1-2 years in Demand Planning or related roles.
• Experience with data analysis tools and visualization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards to assess forecast reasonability.
• Flag stock risks and liaise with Supply Chain and commercial teams.
• Conduct forecast error analysis and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure forecast integrity in planning systems and manage rollover processes.
• Create a central planning file for data management and transitions.
• Highlight variances between S&OP forecasts and plans.
• Lead reporting digitalization and master data governance in SAP.
• Support data inputs into planning and commercial systems.
• Harmonize key reports across markets and support NPD tracking.
• Support unified data repository for advanced forecasting models.
