Job summary

Mondelēz International in Malaysia is seeking an Analyst, Commercialization, Warehouse & Logistics Operations to drive data-driven insights across warehouse operations, manage end-to-end co-packing coordination, and support continuous improvement within the CS&L Logistics Operations team.

You will connect planning, execution and performance monitoring to optimize cost, service and quality, developing Power BI dashboards and performing root-cause analysis to support actionable decisions.

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication; articulate ideas to stakeholders
Advanced Excel and Power BI skills for analytics, dashboards, RCAs
Fundamental understanding of warehouse, inventory, 3PL and inbound/outbound processes

Responsibilities

Data analytics on warehouse activities including cost analysis and efficiency tracking
Automate data consolidation from WMS, SAP, and 3PL reports
Develop and maintain automated Power BI dashboards for visibility and decisions
Conduct root-cause analysis and present findings with actions
Plan, coordinate, and monitor co-packing and value-added services
Monitor logistics KPIs and support improvement plans
Lead productivity and cost-savings initiatives across warehousing operations
Support continuous improvement projects and peak management
Monitor and report on KPI performance
