Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a Demand Planning Analyst to enhance forecast accuracy, optimize inventory, and improve customer service through robust reporting and data analysis. You will help digitalize demand planning and support governance for waste reduction and timely replenishment across markets.

The role collaborates with Supply Chain, Sales, and Commercial teams, leveraging SAP data and PowerBI dashboards to drive actionable insights and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Analytics, Statistics)
• 1–2 years in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Supply Chain Analytics
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and visualization software (PowerBI) is a plus
• Experience with ERP/planning software (SAP, O9, Anaplan) is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor forecast accuracy and identify deviations
• Lead data governance and master data maintenance in planning systems
• Support waste reduction and timely replenishment through governance and analysis
• Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to harmonize data and reports
