Qualifications

• Education at least SPM level.
• Proven customer service experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of retail operations and visuals.

• Promote promotions to educate customers on incentives.
• Meet personal sales targets with sell-through.
• Up-sell and cross-sell when opportunities arise.
