Sri KDU International Football Academy, Kota Damansara, in partnership with a leading English club, is seeking an Academy Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day admin, customer service and communications. Responsibilities

• Act as the main first point of contact for parents on all non-football matters.
• Manage the full player onboarding process from trial registration through to offer, registration, payment, kit sizing and database entry.
• Manage fees, invoices, outstanding payments and enrolment records, providing regular reporting to the Academy Director.
• Maintain accurate player, parent, attendance and administrative records.
• Coordinate trial registrations, confirmations, check-in, follow-up communication and player onboarding.
• Support facility bookings, league administration and tournament bookings where required.
• Take full ownership of academy kit and equipment stock, including ordering, inventory, distribution and monitoring stock levels.
• Manage the academy's social media activities, including regular updates and coordination of appropriate photos and videos from training sessions and events, in accordance with the academy's safeguarding and privacy requirements.
• Work with the wider Marketing team by providing academy content and information
• Keep programme information, registration forms, sign-up links and parent-facing materials accurate and up to date.
