Job summary

Bright Prospect in Malaysia is seeking a Food Application Specialist to join our team in Pasir Gudang. You will develop end-application formulations, generate new product concepts, and prepare prototypes for customer evaluation.

You will collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements, support visits and workshops, and maintain laboratory equipment while upholding food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Professional Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in food ingredient application development, R&D, or technical service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
