Uno Nutrition Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a curious and hands-on Food Technologist to join the Innovation team in Kuala Lumpur.

You will drive the full product development journey from formulation proposal to commercialisation, balancing taste, cost, and stability. Responsibilities include laboratory testing, trials and validation, reviewing ingredient declarations, and ensuring compliance with food regulations. You will liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to support smooth

Formación

• Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Applied Science, Nutrition, or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the food industry.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian Food Regulations, CODEX or related food labelling standards.

Responsabilidades

• Develop product formulations based on customer or internal requests from trial to commercialisation.
• Conduct laboratory testing, formulation trials and validation; evaluate raw material sources to ensure stability and quality.
• Prepare nutrition information, product specifications and artwork inputs; review artwork for compliance with food regulations.
