Job summary

ARYZTA Food Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Bakery Ambassador to promote pastries across cafes, restaurants, hotels, and other venues. You will develop customer plans, leverage insights, and drive commercial excellence through collaboration and strategic thinking.

You will participate in baking, new product development, and trend creation, while coordinating visits, demos, and presentations to key customers, gaining hands-on exposure to the F&B market and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with pastries, croissants and bakery items.
• Ability to plan and execute marketing or promotional strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job description

Reporting directly to the Food Service Team Leader, you will be our Bakery Ambassador to everyone and anyone in the Food Service industry, from cafes and restaurants, to hotels, clubs, cinemas, cruises and wherever anyone wants to enjoy a good pastry. Together, we can develop customer plans, leverage your insights and deliver commercial excellence through strong collaboration and strategic thinking.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a plan to make Croissants and Pastries the food item of choice
• Assist in developing and implementing effective marketing plans, promotional strategy (existing or new products launch) to achieve the company's objectives and targets
• Active involvement in Baking, New Product Development and creating the next viral pastry trend
• Participate and coordinate visitation, seminars, demonstrations, and presentation to key customers
• Develop an understanding of the F&B Market and creation of foodie trends
• Learning stakeholder management capabilities, cross-functional skill sets, route-to-market strategies, distributor management
