Job summary
Baba Products (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a quality control professional to perform IPQC inspections across multiple production lines. You will monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and document results promptly, while collecting samples for QC laboratory testing.
The role requires a Bachelor in Science or equivalent with 0–2 years in QC; fresh graduates are welcome. Willingness to work in shifts and support continual improvement is essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Science or equivalent is required.
- 1-2 years of quality control and testing experience is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates can also apply.
Responsibilities
- Perform IPQC inspections at all manufacturing facilities: F1, F2, F3 and F4.
- Monitor cleanliness on production floor, machinery, equipment and utensils.
- Monitor worker hygiene and document results promptly.
- Accurately document inspection results on time.
- Collect and send samples to QC laboratory promptly.
- Report deviations to QC Executive/HOD immediately.
- Assist in calibration and maintenance checks for QC instruments.
- Support safety and quality control procedures within IPQC inspections.
- Undertake additional tasks to support continual improvement of the Food Safety and Quality Management System.
