ORIENTAL FOOD INDUSTRIES SDN BHD is a well-established food manufacturer in Malaysia, dedicated to quality and excellence. The company focuses on snack foods and confectionery, supported by robust R&D, marketing, and distribution networks.

The Production Manager will oversee smooth, safe, and efficient factory operations, develop schedules to meet demand, and drive continuous improvement in productivity and quality across all departments.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Administration, Economics, Food Science or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in related field.
Able to communicate in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to negotiate, establish, and process contracts.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and production targets.
Coordinate with Purchasing, Maintenance, Warehouse/Logistic to ensure smooth production flow.
Allocate resources to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime.
Implement and maintain SOP and quality control procedures to meet quality standards.
Lead and supervise production staff, set performance objectives and conduct evaluations.
