Job summary

Lucky Frozen in Malaysia is seeking a storekeeper/warehouse operator with at least 1 year of experience in FMCG/food storage. You will handle stock receipt, inspection, storage (including temperature control), FIFO rotation, and regular stock counts to prevent shortages or overstock.

You must be able to work in cold storage environments, be physically fit, and collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• 1 year of storekeeping or warehouse operation experience (FMCG/food preferred).
• Familiar with inventory software or basic computer skills.
• Physically fit to perform manual tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in cold storage environments.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock (dairy, frozen goods).
• Ensure proper storage with temperature control where applicable.
• Monitor and record stock levels regularly to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Prepare and issue materials based on sales orders or production needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of store/warehouse area.
• Rotate stock using FIFO methodology; ensure proper labeling and handling.
• Coordinate with purchasing and logistics for timely replenishment.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and report discrepancies.
• Comply with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Support loading/unloading activities as needed.
