Job summary

Swang Chai Chuan Sdn Bhd (Mentakab) seeks a results-driven Route Sales Supervisor to drive sales growth across the assigned territory in Malaysia. You will supervise a team of salesmen, monitor performance, and ensure execution of brand plans and in-store standards.

You will plan routes, coach staff, analyze sales data in Excel, and maintain strong distributor relationships while traveling within the territory.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in FMCG or distribution sales.
1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
Experience handling cash transactions and stock management is an added advantage.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Good analytical and reporting capability.
High level of integrity and accountability (especially in cash handling).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess own transport and willing to travel within assigned territory.
MS Excel proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Drive sales volume and distribution growth within assigned territory.
Ensure monthly sales targets and KPIs are consistently achieved.
Monitor daily sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Supervise and manage a team of salesmen to ensure productivity, discipline, and compliance.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor outlet coverage, in-store execution, and performance standards.
Provide coaching and on-the-job guidance to improve sales capabilities.
