Job summary

Kah Ban Trading Sdn Bhd is a leading consumer goods distributor focused on Klang Valley coverage and logistics excellence. We seek an experienced FMCG sales professional to nurture key client relationships, grow existing accounts, and drive the sales force to meet targets.

Candidate should have SPM with 5 years of FMCG sales experience, strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English, and willingness to travel within the territory. Own transport is required.

Qualifications

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Develop existing customers and open new accounts.
• Coach and guide sales reps to reach targets.
• Merchandise and display products at outlets.
• Monitor competitors' pricing and promotions.
• Manage collections and ensure timely payments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to develop and sustain long-term professional partnerships.
• Develop existing customers and open new accounts to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Monitor sales representatives’ performance and provide continuous support, coaching, and guidance to foster a high-performance and professional sales culture.
• Ensure products are properly merchandised and displayed at all assigned outlets.
• Monitor competitors’ pricing, promotions, and market activities, and report relevant findings to management.
• Manage and follow up on customer collections to ensure payments are received within the required timeframe.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
