Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or related field with 1–2 years in sales or account management and some supervisory experience.
• Basic FMCG knowledge of market landscape, competitors, customers, and distribution channels.
• Familiarity with territories, products and services; strong selling skills.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and grow a sales team.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical and fieldwork capabilities with a practical approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in local language; English skills preferred.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate sales teams to hit targets and objectives.
• Manage day-to-day operating expenditures within budgets.
• Prepare and implement sales action plans to achieve targets.
• Track progress against KPIs and provide feedback to the team.
• Execute sales activities including product launches, orders and merchandising.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and contracts for sales.
• Monitor competitors and report on actions to counter competition.
• Prepare sales reports and forecast margins; flag unusual demand changes.
• Coordinate improvements to sales processes and customer satisfaction.
• Log and resolve customer issues; follow up as needed.
• Maintain relationships with customers and understand their requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and develop key customer relationships.
