Job summary

Ninja Van is seeking a sales-focused professional in Malaysia to drive growth for its FMCG distribution network. The role focuses on building and maintaining retailer outlets, executing promotions, and expanding wallet share across the retailer base.

You will manage daily field activities, ensure timely collections, and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets. The position includes commissions and allowances to reward performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of FMCG sales experience.
• Experience in sales, trade marketing, FMCG is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales within assigned territory and customer portfolio.
• Develop and maintain active outlets and identify new business opportunities.
• Execute promotions, trade programmes and other commercial initiatives.
• Follow up and collect outstanding payments from assigned customers/outlets.
• Monitor due and overdue balances and elevate collection issues where required.
• Maintain proper follow-up on customer payment commitments.
• Complete assigned outlet visits and route activities.
• Manage daily field activities effectively to support sales, collection and customer servicing.
• Comply with working hours, reporting arrangements and field schedules.
• Provide timely updates and reports to the immediate supervisor.
• Support customers and resolve or elevate sales, delivery or payment-related issues.
• Comply with Company policies, SOPs and reasonable management instructions.
