The incumbent will collaborate with the commercial team, present performance reviews, and translate data into actionable recommendations that drive growth and engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation abilities across senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for clients.
• Experience working with FMCG or retailer accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for FMCG clients and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Understand client objectives and provide relevant insights and solutions.
• Conduct regular business reviews and present performance and trends to clients.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to support joint planning and campaign optimization.
• Prepare insight reports and align findings with priorities and strategies.
• Coordinate data access, campaign evaluation and category reviews with data solutions.
• Translate shopper, loyalty, and sales data into client-ready narratives.
• Support and evaluate campaign performance and deliver insightful reports.
