Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related business field.

• Proficiency in CRM, P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Hold accountability for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Drive B2B client acquisition and outbound sales across the territory.
• Analyze market dynamics to refine commercial tactics.
• Track sales pipelines, CRM data accuracy, and KPIs.
• Recruit, onboard, and train sales and branch staff.
• Provide sales coaching and performance evaluations.
• Oversee staffing schedules, shifts, and morale.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.
• Manage branch reporting, budgets, and cost controls.
• Optimize inventory, stock, and reorder planning.
• Maintain warehouse layout per policies.
• Plan for future space, equipment, and labor needs.
• Standardize delivery, routing, and fleet efficiency.
• Manage truck fleets and 3PL providers.
• Anticipate transport resource needs aligned with growth.
• Handle high-level client escalations and retention.
