The Core Mission
Your mission is to translate raw botanical elements into world-class emotional experiences while ensuring every client feels heard and valued. As a florist, you are an essential hybrid member of our Amoeba unit.
You will be trained from the ground up in our signature minimalist aesthetic, whilst seamlessly stepping onto the frontlines to provide premium Customer Service (CS) support whenever the unit requires it.

Key Responsibilities

Floral Production & Artistry: Learn and execute the meticulous art of floral conditioning, prep work, and arranging under the guidance of our senior florists. You will assist in fulfilling orders across our diverse brand pillars.

Customer Service & Sales Support: Actively cross-train and assist the CS team during operational surges. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and provide a warm, premium communication experience that reflects our brand's high standards.

Operational Hygiene & Waste Reduction: Maintain an uncompromisingly pristine and organised studio environment. You will condition incoming flower shipments, monitor inventory levels, and actively practice our core operational philosophy of ruthlessly minimising floral wastage.

Team Synergy: Operate without ego. You will seamlessly transition between stripping thorns, arranging bouquets, and typing out customer replies, doing whatever is necessary to help the SS2 Amoeba unit maximise its daily productivity and revenue.
