Job summary

Responsibilities

• In charge of farm – packing house, sales, set-up, workshop, production, admin matters
• Oversee day-to-day operations of entire farm
• Set clear team goals, delegate tasks and set deadlines
• Follow up closely to ensure that all works are carried out in a correct, cost effective, and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements
