Job description

About Us
White On White is a tech-forward premium floral gifting and luxury lifestyle brand.
We believe in crafting unforgettable moments through minimalist aesthetic excellence, high-touch luxury, and data-driven execution.
As we continue to scale our multi-brand ecosystem, we are looking for passionate individuals to join our Penang production and operations team.

The Core Mission
Your mission is to translate raw botanical elements into world-class emotional experiences while ensuring every client feels heard and valued. As a florist, you are an essential hybrid member of our Amoeba unit.
You will be trained from the ground up in our signature minimalist aesthetic, whilst seamlessly stepping onto the frontlines to provide premium Customer Service (CS) support whenever the unit requires it.

Key Responsibilities

Floral Production & Artistry: Learn and execute the meticulous art of floral conditioning, prep work, and arranging under the guidance of our senior florists. You will assist in fulfilling orders across our diverse brand pillars.

Customer Service & Sales Support: Actively cross-train and assist the CS team during operational surges. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and provide a warm, premium communication experience that reflects our brand's high standards.

Operational Hygiene & Waste Reduction: Maintain an uncompromisingly pristine and organised studio environment. You will condition incoming flower shipments, monitor inventory levels, and actively practice our core operational philosophy of ruthlessly minimising floral wastage.

Team Synergy: Operate without ego. You will seamlessly transition between stripping thorns, arranging bouquets, and typing out customer replies, doing whatever is necessary to help the Penang Amoeba unit maximise its daily productivity and revenue.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)

Experience: 0 experience is completely acceptable. We are not looking for existing habits; we are looking for an empty cup. We will teach you the skills if you bring the right mindset.

Agility: You thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You do not believe in the phrase "that is not my job."

Aesthetic Eye: You possess a natural appreciation for minimalist design, colour harmony, and premium presentation.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively support the CS desk.

Our Foundational Values As a core member of our Penang team, you are expected to embody these principles daily:

Customer First – We exist to serve, placing people at the heart of every decision.

Gratitude – We listen with compassion, understand with care, and act with heart.

Integrity – We do what’s right, even when no one is watching — honest, transparent, and true.

Responsibility – We own our actions and outcomes, always committed to delivering our best.

Teamwork – We grow together, support one another, and succeed as one.

Passion – We pour our hearts into everything we do — creating beauty with energy, love, and purpose
