Job summary

Airbus Customer Services Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Program Manager to oversee the FHS-component contracts with assigned customers. You will drive delivery, performance, and contractual compliance across operations, engineering and finance teams.

In this role you will coordinate with internal stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure on-time service delivery, manage risks, and report performance against KPIs to Airbus leadership and customers.

Responsibilities

• The Customer Program Manager will be the Airbus representative responsible for the execution of the FHS-component contract(s) with the assigned customer(s).
• Accountability for the overall contract performance (operational, financial, technical & quality) with reporting KPIs.
• Coordinate interface with Airbus’ subcontractors and manage on-site teams.
