Job summary

• Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and fulfill contracts.
• Willingness to support on-site maintenance activities and participate in seminars.

Responsibilities

• Act as focal point for scheduled maintenance engineering support and services.
• Understand and communicate internal Customer needs for Maintenance Engineering Services and Retrofit Solutions - Service Bulletins.
• Facilitate technical discussion with the customer.
• Listen and help customers maintain fleets safely and in airworthy condition.
• Communicate Customer interests/feedback to the service team.
• Be closer to customer and address operational needs.
• Support Parking & Storage and Return To Service teams in daily activities.
• Manage a portfolio of customers for the delivery of Maintenance Engineering services on cost, on time & on quality.
• Perform airline on-site assistance for maintenance programme, planning evaluation and other services.
• Recurrent review with the customer to address Maintenance Engineering Services and Retrofit topics.
• Lecturer at the schedule maintenance seminar.
• Ensure Maintenance Engineering Services contracts fulfillment.
• Improve Customer satisfaction and ensure active follow up of each customer by various communication means.
