Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Malaysia SDN. BHD. is seeking a Finance Manager—Accounting and Consolidation to lead a six-person team responsible for accounts payable/receivable, internal controls, and expense claims.

The role ensures timely, high-quality month-end closes and coordinated reporting with our HQ. You will work with the AHSC GM and Head of Finance on FC and OP preparation, manage treasury and cash forecasting, and support statutory audits and tax filings, while upholding Airbus values and Code

Qualifications

• Professional Degree in Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (UK).
• Minimum experience 6 years.
• Ability to ensure accounts closure and reporting within HQ deadlines.
• Knowledge of internal controls, AP/AR, capex, tax declarations.

Responsibilities

• Close books in accordance with HQ timeframes and quality.
• Lead AP/AR, internal controls and expense claims.
• Monitor operating expenses within approved OP budget.
• Oversee Capex, AR/AP, and claims management.
• Prepare FC and OP with AHSC GM and Head of Finance.
• Oversee treasury and cash forecast; monitor customer overdue.
• Coordinate with tax agents for corporate taxes.
• Support annual statutory audits (KPMG) and HQ audits.
• Ensure internal control processes are followed by the team.
