J&T Express in Kulim, Kedah is seeking a Fleet Executive to plan and manage daily vehicle schedules, monitor departures and arrivals, and supervise dispatch coordinators and drivers in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, fleet, or dispatch operations is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign daily vehicle schedules based on shipment volume and operational requirements.
• Monitor vehicle departures, arrivals, and trip completion status.
• Coordinate and supervise dispatch coordinators and drivers.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational timelines.
• Handle operational issues such as delays, vehicle breakdowns, and driver no-shows.
• Liaise with gateway operations and fleet partners to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate loading, unloading, and vehicle movement to minimize disruptions.
• Monitor fleet KPIs, including on-time delivery, vehicle utilization, and trip completion rates.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and support continuous process improvement.
• Assist in route planning and cost optimization initiatives.
