Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a logistics compliance professional in Selangor to manage permits, licenses, and vehicle registrations for the company fleet. You will coordinate with drivers and handle JPJ, Puspakom, and bonded licenses to ensure compliance and timely renewals.

Candidate must have SPM/Certificate/Diploma and at least 3 years of logistics experience, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with authorities and teams.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma.
• Minimum 3 years working experience preferable in logistics field.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company truck vehicles permits, insurance, road tax applications and renewals.
• Liaise with drivers and be responsible for all matters related to JPJ and Puspakom.
• Liaise with related government authorities on summons or court matters if any issue arises.
• In charge of custom bonded license application and renewal.
