Job summary

Century Motolite Battery Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Sales & Business Development professional in Shah Alam to grow OE and fleet battery sales. You will identify opportunities, acquire new customers, and strengthen relationships with existing accounts while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Identify new OE and fleet opportunities and convert them into orders.
• Build strong relationships with OE and fleet customers and understand their needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales, volume, revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the OE and fleet market.
• Prospect and approach potential customers including vehicle manufacturers, fleet operators, logistics companies, transport companies, workshops, distributors and other commercial customers.
• Develop new accounts and expand business with existing customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews to understand customer requirements and identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales presentations per company policies.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within approved limits.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
