Responsibilities

• Prepare tender submissions for fire protection tendering.
• Liaise closely with client, main contractor and consultant involving.
• Conduct all documentation before tendering.
• Take out quantity from drawing for cost estimation and fill in Bill of Quantity.
• Compile related documents such as catalogue, material list and method of statement for awarded project.
• Prepare progress claim for each project and assist site manager for claim to main contractor or client.
• Work closely with site manager and able to work independently.
• Able to work under pressure and low supervision.
