Job summary

Exness in Malaysia is seeking a Training Specialist to translate business needs into skill frameworks and scalable learning experiences. You will define standards, measure competency, identify gaps, and develop engaging digital content and learning pathways that support a self-driven culture.

The role is based in our Malaysia office, with full relocation support for you and your family. You will lead skill framework development, design learning programs (e-learning, microlearning, simulations),

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of client-fronting experience within Exness.
• Experience in training or instructional design is preferred.
• Proven ability to identify skills, set standards, and assess gaps.
• Excellent English communication in verbal, written, and visual forms.
• Strong project management and deadline discipline.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define, and document core and advanced skills for Support and CRM roles.
• Develop skill standards and scalable measurement methods.
• Collaborate with operations leaders to reflect real-world challenges.
• Conduct skill gap analysis using feedback and KPIs.
• Design e-learning, microlearning, and simulation programs to close gaps.
• Create structured learning paths aligned with the Skill Matrix.
• Deliver onboarding and continuous learning for new hires.
• Stay current on trends in e-learning and instructional design.
