Job summary

Infomina Berhad, a fintech innovator focused on real estate valuation and credit risk analytics, seeks a results-driven Key Account Manager in Malaysia to manage banks, lenders and real estate agencies, driving adoption of our payment gateway and risk analytics.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, expand accounts, negotiate pricing, and work with product, legal and finance to deliver value while navigating a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience with banks or fintechs.
• Strong account-management and relationship-building skills.
• Solid understanding of collateral lending & regulatory needs.
• Ability to engage multiple stakeholder groups (credit, risk, business).

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships with banks and non-bank lenders.
• Drive account expansion, upsell, and renewals across the portfolio.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with legal and finance teams.
• Provide industry insights on real estate credit, lending and risk developments.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate client feedback into improvements.
