Job summary

Hytech Consulting Management Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Fintech Product Manager in Kuala Lumpur to own product discovery, roadmaps, and cross-functional alignment. You will translate business requirements into PRDs, prioritize the backlog, and drive adoption across sales, marketing and engineering.

You will lead data-driven analyses of user journeys, optimize onboarding, and partner with marketing to hit growth targets while leveraging AI-enabled productivity to scale delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong product sense with ability to turn data insights into hypotheses.
• Structured thinking to break down problems into user stories.
• Ability to drive cross-functional delivery with urgency and ownership.
• Experience with fintech product management or data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Product Discovery & Roadmap Prioritization: translate requirements into PRDs and prioritize backlog based on impact.
• Stakeholder Alignment: coordinate between engineering, design, marketing, sales and leadership.
• Product Evangelism: communicate vision to internal teams and external customers.
• User Growth & Feature Ownership: drive MAU, retention, onboarding, and conversions with teams across marketing and sales.
• Data-Driven Problem Identification: analyze funnels to identify friction and growth bottlenecks.
