Beez Fintech Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Senior Executive to join our ICT Security team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

This full-time role focuses on establishing robust governance frameworks, managing enterprise IT risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance across fintech operations. As a Senior Executive, you will develop GRC strategies, conduct regular audits, collaborate with business units and auditors, and drive training to raise awareness of governance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, cybersecurity, business administration, or risk management.
• At least 2 years of IT governance, risk management, compliance or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of COBIT, ITIL, and ISO standards (27001/27002/31000).
• Understanding of financial services regulatory requirements.
• Awareness of cybersecurity threats and mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IT governance frameworks and policies.
• Identify, assess and mitigate IT risks; produce risk reports.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across fintech operations.
• Conduct audits of IT systems and controls; recommend remedial actions.
• Collaborate with business units and auditors; manage relationships.
• Deliver training on GRC requirements.
• Monitor threats and regulatory changes; update controls.
• Lead incident response and business continuity planning.
• Prepare documentation for executives and governance committees.
