Job summary

Revenue Group Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Executive, IT Governance, Risk and Compliance to develop, implement, and operationalise the IT Governance framework aligned with regulatory standards such as BNM, SC GTRM, PCI DSS, ISO 27001 and NIST CSF. You will embed regulatory requirements into daily operations and drive a culture of continuous compliance.

Work with stakeholders to manage IT risk across cloud services, infrastructure, systems, networks and data, and coordinate risk

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Governance, Risk Management and Compliance, ideally within financial industry.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline; possession of, or active pursuit toward, a recognized industry certification is a significant advantage.
• Strong technical understanding of IT domain such as ITSM, cloud services, infrastructure, BCP, DRP, access control, encryption, systems, network, applications, API, SDLC and data security.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, maintain and operationalise the IT Governance framework aligned with regulatory and industry standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to embed regulatory requirements into daily operations and drive compliance culture across the organization.
• Perform IT Risk Management across assets including cloud services, infrastructure, systems, networks, data, and third-party vendors.
• Develop risk treatment plans with stakeholders, monitor implementation and execute mitigations.
• Maintain records of risk assessments and monitor KPIs and KRIs; report trends and control effectiveness to senior management.
• Identify regulatory requirements and advise senior management on compliance implications; support regulatory submissions and regulator queries.
