Job summary

AYS Ventures Berhad in Penang is seeking an IT Executive or IT Business Analyst to provide first and second-level ERP end-user support, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our systems. You will work with SAP, SQL, Power BI and help develop custom reports, BI dashboards, and form layouts for better business insight.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, clear communication, and translating technical concepts into business terms to drive IT improvements

Qualifications

Experience with SAP, SQL, ERP, Power BI and business analysis.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business terms and vice versa.
A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and desire to improve IT systems and processes.

Responsibilities

ERP Support: Provide first and second-level support to ERP users, troubleshooting issues.
Database Queries: Retrieve data from databases for reports and analysis.
Report Development: Design and develop custom reports, form layouts and user tools.
Business Intelligence: Design and implement interactive BI dashboards to support decisions.
Project Management: Manage small to medium IT projects, ensuring on-time delivery.
