Job summary

Hartalega NGC Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Storekeeper - Warehouse (Finished Goods) to oversee FG store operations, receive and store finished goods, and ensure accuracy of inventory records. The role emphasizes 5S, safety, and staff guidance to meet daily targets.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in warehousing, knowledge of inventory methods, and experience with WMS, MS Word, and Excel. Opportunity to contribute to efficiency and continuous improvement within a leading nitrile gloves

Qualifications

• Minimum certificate, diploma or SPM with relevant working experience.
• At least 2 years in a warehouse role; foreign/local worker considerations.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory methods and material handling.
• Ability to maintain inventory records and control stock levels.
• Scheduling tasks to meet deadlines; basic warehouse documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Finished Goods store operations to maintain efficiency and control.
• Receive Finished Goods and verify quantity and condition on arrival.
• Store Finished Goods in designated areas and manage rejects to production.
• Inspect containers for cleanliness and proper lining before loading FG.
• Plan and coordinate FG loading based on schedules and priorities.
• Operate Word, Excel and WMS for inventory tracking.
• Assign daily tasks and guide storehand staff to meet needs.
• Control inventory by inspecting goods, resolving discrepancies, and updating stock cards.
• Maintain proper use and maintenance of material handling equipment and 5S standards.
• Drive warehouse improvements and provide on‑the‑job training to staff.
