Job summary

Hartalega NGC Sdn Bhd is seeking an inbound operations assistant to manage daily receiving activities, verify deliveries, maintain records, and coordinate with departments to ensure compliant and smooth workflow in the receiving area.

The role involves weighing activities, processing documents, and preparing monthly reports, while supporting safety and confidentiality in handling materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum certificate, diploma, or SPM with relevant working experience may be considered.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with basic warehouse operation knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and able to handle confidential information.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify items against Delivery Orders and system records.
• Track and maintain daily records of all incoming materials.
• Process inbound deliveries for regular shipments, service jobs, and project items, and prepare monthly scrap disposal reports.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for accounts and filing purposes.
• Perform weighing activities for containers, disposal items, chemicals, and packaging materials.
• Coordinate with Shipping on disposal-related invoicing.
• Operate office equipment, including computers, weighing printers, and photocopiers.
• Monitor delivery schedules and lead daily inbound operation.
• Uphold 5S practices and maintain an organized work area.
• Manage i-NET system tasks, including PAF updates, job adjustments, resignations, crew code updates, and incident reporting.

Manage daily inbound operations by verifying deliveries, processing documentation, performing weighing activities, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with relevant departments, and maintaining smooth workflow and compliance within the receiving area.

Responsibilities

1. Receive and verify items against Delivery Orders and system records.

2. Track and maintain daily records of all incoming materials.

3. Process inbound deliveries for regular shipments, service jobs, and project team items, and prepare monthly scrap disposal reports.

4. Prepare and maintain documentation for Accounts and filing purposes.

5. Perform weighing activities for containers, disposal items, chemicals, and packaging materials.

6. Coordinate with the Shipping Department on disposal-related invoicing.

7. Operate office equipment, including computers, weighing printers, and photocopiers.

8. Monitor delivery schedules and lead daily inbound operation

9. Uphold 5S practices and maintain an organized work area.

10. Manage i-NET system tasks, including PAF updates, job adjustments, resignations, crew code updates, and incident reporting.

Qualification and Experience

1. Minimum Certificate, Diploma, or SPM with relevant working experience may be considered.

2. Minimum 1 year of administrative or warehouse support experience preferred.

3. Strong organizational and documentation skills with basic warehouse operation knowledge.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and able to handle confidential information.

5. Good communication and teamwork skills.

6. Knowledge of safety procedures is an advantage.
