• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service for the Brasserie when on duty.
• Take orders and deliver all aspects of the sequence of service.
• Monitor operations, especially during peak periods; ensure setup per procedures.
• Assist in event logistics and execution; support other outlets as needed.
• Collaborate with back- and front‑of‑house teams for a harmonious service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in front of house.
