• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain finance, cost accounting or FP&A preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support quarterly forecasts, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and long‑range planning for COGS, inventory and CapEx.
• Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, engineering and operations for financial analysis.
• Manage forecasting and reporting processes; identify risks, opportunities and impacts.
• Perform variance analysis and communicate key drivers to management.
• Analyze inventory trends, manufacturing costs, and gross margin drivers to guide decisions.
• Support month‑end and quarter‑end close activities, including accruals and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports, presentations and business summaries for leadership.
• Maintain and enhance financial models, dashboards and reporting tools.
• Drive process improvements through automation and standardization.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and internal controls.
• Participate in special projects involving financial transformation and reporting improvements.
• Support data quality and governance across finance processes.
